Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau welcomes its first guests | New
The Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau, the new integrated resort of SJM Resorts in Cotai, has opened its doors.
During the first phase, the destination will welcome its guests in the flagship Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, the largest of its three hotel towers.
There are also a variety of dining options, wellness facilities, and event spaces.
Inspired by monumental European buildings from neoclassical periods to the Belle Ãpoque and traditional Chinese motifs, the resort honors Macau’s intercultural heritage.
Speaking about the gradual opening, Daisy Ho, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SJM, said: – Classy lifestyle experiences with a flavor of the cultural uniqueness of the East meets the West which stands for Macau.
“Over the next few months, more facilities will continue to be added to the Grand Lisboa Palace’s legendary package of offerings as part of a phased launch.”
The Grand Lisboa Palace Macao houses the majority of the resort’s accommodation.
Each of its 1,350 contemporary Chinese-inspired guest rooms and suites pays homage to the long tradition of Chinese-Western cultural exchanges in Macau.
All rooms have amenities and views of Cotai or the European-style gardens, Jardim Secreto.
Other facilities that will be phased in over the next few months include the long-awaited hotel towers that are part of the integrated complex.
These include the Karl Lagerfeld, the first and only in the world with its interiors entirely designed by the late fashion legend.
Palazzo Versace Macau, the first in Asia, will also offer a true Versace lifestyle experience with the design overseen by the famous Italian luxury fashion house.
Both properties will include 270 rooms and suites each, in addition to their own wellness facilities and restaurants.
